Curiosity means the desire to acquire knowledge and skills. Try to see the things from other perspective, don't be a part of herd. As Walt Whitman quoted..
Be Curious, Not Judgmental
It is easy to judge people. We all do it and some do it more than others. Why do not one try to be curious? Just go up to them ask them how they achieve it or why did they made it their choice. It will change your whole perception of certain matter.

Be Curious Not Judgmental:

  • When you fail.
  • When you ran out of money.
  • When you get rejected.
  • When something happen that you do not want to happen.
  • When somebody else does better than you.
  • When you are disappointed.
  • When you hear 'No' instead of 'Yes'.
  • When the path is so painful.
  • When you are about to give up.
  • When something negative keeps happening to you again and again.
Curiosity makes things more interesting and change the way of our thinking. It makes you more competent. So always think out of the box. Life is better when you are curious. Living without curiosity makes life boring while its presence makes a person more energetic and alive. It keeps the mind strong and in good shape. It stimulates the mind and keeps you young.
Children are curious by nature about everything. As a parent you need to encourage them to ask questions, know things practically ,have hobbies, read books. It is the important ingredient in the process of learning at every age.

Importance: 

  • It makes your mind more active. Mental exercise caused by curiosity makes your mind strong.
  • It helps in generating new ideas.
  • It opens up new possibilities.
  • It makes your life more exciting and interesting.

How to develop curiosity? 

  • You can develop curiosity by thinking out of the box.
  • Question about things.
  • Keep your mind open - always be available to learn more and more things.
  • Read books.
  • Indulge yourself in different stream apart from your job or daily life.
  • Make science a part of your life.
  • Do not take learning as a boring.
  • Spend more and more time with children and your grandparents.
  • Try to learn nature.
