3.During cycling, your heart rate increases, and thus, more calories are burnt, leading to improvement in your overall health.

4.Cycling increases the stamina and fitness levels. - As with any form of exercise, Cycling also gives a workout for your Heart and Lungs, thus preventing Heart related problems.

5. Cycling improves your Muscles - Cycling is good for toning the muscles of your Thighs and Calves.

6.Cycling is a Stress Buster. - As with other exercises, when you do cycling, your stress levels are reduced, which is ultimately good for the body and mind.

7.Cycling is good for Knees. - It is a low-impact exercise, as compared to running on the treadmill or otherhigh-impact exercises. Cycling also helps to prevent and reduce arthritis.

8.It is not an expensive activity. it does not cost a lot of money to do cycling you can even borrow a cycle from a friend for some time.   

9.It is so Easy.  Almost everyone has learnt cycling in their childhood, and you do not forget.

10.Cycling saves your time. You can do it anytime you like, whenever your health allows it, and wherever you feel comfortable. No time restrictions at all. Just make a point to do it every day. 

11.You can do cycling alone also. If due to your hectic time pressures, you are not able to participate from any team sports, then cycling is the ideal exercise for you. You can have a companion to cycle along with, Or you can simply go alone. It is your choice. 

12.There are no Restrictions on Place. You can do cycling anywhere you like. At Home, In the Gym (on the cycling exercise machine), while going to work, or just on the road.
